Article 1 Basic Policy / Compliance with Laws
BeyondConcept Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter “this Policy”) concerning the protection of personal information of customers (hereinafter “Users”) who use the “BangSter” service operated by the Company (hereinafter “the Service”), and will appropriately handle personal information in accordance with this Policy.
Article 2 Items of Personal Information Acquired
- Contact Information – e-mail address, etc.
- Identity-Verification / Inquiry Information – name, address, telephone number, etc., obtained when identity-verification functions are used or when inquiries are made.
- Transaction Information – details of transactions and purchase history, etc.
- Payment Information – payment data received by third-party service providers that process payments relating to the Service.
- Information Obtained in Connection with Use of the Service – online identifiers such as cookie IDs, IP addresses, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), push-notification tokens and other log information.
- External Account Linkage Information (Google / LINE, etc.) – user ID, display name, e-mail address, profile image and other account information obtained through OAuth login as permitted by the User.
- Other Information – inquiries from Users to the Company and other information necessary for provision of the Service.
Article 3 Methods of Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company may acquire personal information by the following methods: (i) entry by Users into forms or submission in writing; (ii) automatic transmission from a User’s device (browser or application); (iii) lawful provision by business partners or contractors; and (iv) acquisition through OAuth authentication with services such as Google or LINE.
Article 4 Purposes of Use
The Company will acquire and use personal information within the scope of the following purposes (hereinafter “Purposes”):
- Provision and operation of the Service (including delivery of important notices by push notification or in-app message).
- Identity verification, billing, settlement of fees, etc.
- Investigation and analysis of usage status of the Service.
- Marketing research and questionnaires related to the Service.
- Personalisation of user experience within the Service.
- Campaigns and prize competitions.
